Text message alerts are entirely optional. You opt in by checking a box during registration or in Settings — the checkbox is never pre-checked. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS in your account settings. Standard message rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your pump readings.
