SMS Opt-In Screen Preview
This page shows the SMS opt-in screen that appears on the public Create Account page of My Tandem App. Users may optionally provide a mobile number and check the consent box during registration. The opt-in is entirely optional — users who skip it receive email-only alerts. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and cannot be pre-selected. - Consent checkbox starts unchecked — never pre-selected.
- SMS opt-in section is hidden until the user toggles "Receive text alerts."
- A phone number and the consent checkbox are both required if SMS is selected.
- Users who skip SMS receive email-only alerts and can enable SMS later in Settings.
- Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP or disabling SMS in Settings.
